Valpariso is an old port city built into the side of the Chilean coast.  A lot of these stairs up to where the people have their houses.  Of course, I ran up them.  Once finished, signaled the completion with the famous move from Mickey Rourke’s Wrestler. Also referred to as the people’s elbow.
